At Tradeia customer complete satisfaction is the goal. In an effort to meet this goal, Tradeia have established the following policies which will help us serve you better.

 

Cancellations:

Please refer to Refund & Return policies. If have placed an order and cancel it prior to equipment being shipped, Tradeia will refund the purchase price without any deduction for stocked items and less a 10% processing/restocking fee for non stocked items, in the same method which payment was made.

 

Return and Refunds:

In the event that need to return the order, Tradeia will refund the purchase price base of Refund & Return policies. Either email Tradeia to arrange for return the order.

 

Order Fulfillment:

Incorrect or short shipped items listed on the invoice must be reported to Tradeia within 3 business days of the receipt of the shipment. In the event that the error was made by Tradeia, Tradeia will be responsible for return and replacement shipping costs.

 

Shipping Claims:

Please refer to Shipping & Pick up policies. Claims resulting from shipping damage will be the responsibility of the Tradeia to resolve with the carrier while purchased the insurance for shipping. Shipping insurance is available to purchase for 3% of order amount. Tradeia has no responsibility for shipping damage for uninsured shipment.

 

Liability:

The HVAC  equipments are not intended to be installed by any one without the proper expertise, background, and certification. Have a certified professional to install the HVAC stuff regarding to region govern installation procedures and in accordance with applicable local code requirements. Tradeia cannot be held liable for damages, consequential or inconsequential, resulting from the installation or operation of equipment.

In fact, HVAC equipment like furnaces, fireplaces, Air Conditioners and so on should be installed by a person who has the proper expertise, license, and certification to do so. Additionally, having a licensed and certified installer does the work, will help to insure years of trouble free operation. Equipment manual should be followed up by the installer exactly, a fire or explosion may result causing property damage, personal injury or death. Customer will accept all risk for both installation and equipment selection. Tradiea advice is the result of information obtained by customer and is limited because of dose not have full knowledge of the details and scope of customer particular needs. Tradeia will do its best, given the limited circumstances under which its advice is administered, to provide customer with accurate and up to date information. Tradeia strongly encourage customer have a local contractor provide on-site estimate and consult to choose right and proper product before order.

 

Warranty:

Please refer to Warranty policy. Unless otherwise stated. In the event a warranty repair is needed, simply contact a local air conditioning & heating professional and they can obtain the replacement part free of charge while the manufacture warranty period is not expire. Also, if necessary, Tradeia will provide the replacement part free of charge, plus shipping and handling charges while the manufacture warranty period is not expire. The replacement part/parts IS NOT intended to be installed by anyone without the proper expertise, background, and certification. Have a certified professional to replace the part/parts. Customer will accept all risk for both installation and replacement part/parts selection.

 

To validate the warranty claim, a licensed contractor must diagnose the failure and identify the specific part/parts that have failed. This diagnosis must be outlined on a service ticket or company letterhead from the contractor and a copy submitted with the returned part. Failure to submit this diagnosis will result in denial of any warranty claim.

 

Important Notice:

Customer hereby acknowledges that law prohibits opening the refrigeration lines of any equipment purchase. A properly licensed person must handle the refrigerant contained in any unit/system. Customer hereby assumes full responsibility for the safe and proper installation in accordance with applicable local code requirements.

 

Equipment Selection:

Tradeia does not guarantee or accept responsibility for the merchantability or fitness of the equipment for any particular application. Any suggestions that may be provided by Tradeia concerning system sizing and/or selection are subject to an onsite inspection by a knowledgeable professional to confirm suitability and fitness for your particular project.
