Return & Refund...

Tradeia sincerely dislike charging a restocking fee for returned item/items but when an order is placed, become obligated to begin fulfillment and due to size, weight and shipping complexities involved in the equipment, this obligation creates substantial expenses that includes palletizing, wrapping and labeling the order, preparing a bill of lading, contacting the carrier to shipping to Tradeia facility for non stock item/items and make them ready for pick up or ship to customer. Therefore when the item/items returned all of these steps must now be reprocessed to back the order out of the system.


To avoid the restocking fees, Tradeia suggests reviewing the provided product specification and installation manual and consulting with certified installer to choose the right type and size of equipment. Also Tradeia will happy to assist customers with technical or application questions.


Tradeia gladly accepts returns and will refund purchase price in the event that one needs to return the item/items and as long as they meet the following criteria: 

  • The equipment must be in like new condition, meaning the original sealed and in non damaged boxes in the same condition as when received. The equipment must not have been installed.

  • No return acceptable for installed item/items.

  • No return acceptable for special item/items order and consider the item/items. not usually available in manufacture or supplier stock and they make or supply base on customer request.

  • Customer agrees to abide by reasonable and customary packaging and safeguards to ensure that the item/items can be properly handled by the returning carrier and must securely pack the merchandise the same way they originally received it.  Return item/items should securely strapping to a shipping pallet, where required.

  • The original box/boxes must be neatly taped with clear tape (no colored tape is accepted) and all manufacturer documentation must be included (specification sheets, installation guides and warranty information).

  • Do not affix shipping labels directly to the box or package of any item/items being returned. Instead, wrap the original shipping box or package in plastic or paper and affix any shipping labels to this wrapping so that removal of any wrapping or packaging required to complete a return does not in any way scar or mark the original box or package.

  • If damage should occur in transit from the customer to the facility, Tradeia will note the delivery receipt and provide a copy of such to the customer. In this case, any refund due the customer will be reduced by an amount to be determined by Tradeia. This determination shall be based on estimated of the repair or actual salvage value and such value may be reduced to zero, depending on the actual condition that exists at the time is received by Tradeia. If disagreed with value determination, have the option of having the item/items returned back, freight prepaid at customer cost. The customer can then file a claim with the carrier to be reimbursed for damage, if incurred.

  • Return insured freight is the responsibility of the customer and must be made freight-prepaid by the customer.

  • The customer must return the goods within 15 days.

  • The customer will pay a 10% restocking fee for stocked items and 30% for non stock items.

  • The shipping and handling cost and shipping insurance fee will not refund If ordered item/items has been shipped to customer (not apply to local pick up).

  • The arrangements necessary to complete the return must be facilitated by the customer. Shipping and handling cost and insurance fee must pay by customer. Standard ground services must be returned via common carrier.


The value of all items returned to Tradeia facility shall be considered conditional until inspected. Tradeia inspect the goods to determine that the customer has completed all of the return requirements as stated above and credit will be issued to the customer in the same manner as originally received from the customer, less than pertinent restocking fees or other fees as may be determined by the condition of the item returned.
