Shipping & Pickup...


Tradeia use nationally known "common carriers". These are freight companies that ship via tractor-trailer. All equipment items are carefully strapped to a shipping pallet, wrapped and labeled for special handling by the carrier and ships to the residential, business addresses or freight carrier's terminal via common carrier by truck. This ensures the safe arrival and handling of the goods. Tradeia use various companies, so shipping companies are vary based on your location. Also Tradeia use UPS, Fedex, DHL and Canada post for ground or air freight on smaller, lighter orders.


For convenience following shipping methods are available:

  • Door delivery

  • Pickup at the freight carrier's terminal


Door delivery:

A common freight carrier will deliver the order to residential or business addresses. These trucks are large and heavy and cannot be driven on residential driveways. The driver is responsible for delivering the freight to the tailgate of the freight truck. If you cannot or do not have anyone to assist with unloading, a lift gate truck can be requested for an additional charge to place the freight on the ground behind the freight truck. Once it is offloaded from the freight truck, you are responsible for moving the freight to its final location.


Mostly the information about size and weight of equipment are available on item description or product specification at Tradeia website, ask for shipping cost plus tailgate service for those orders which consider to shipped and delivered to the residential or business with out dock load or other unload facility.


The carrier will call prior to delivery to a residential address. Tradeia do provide the tracking information for the order once it ships. You may then contact the terminal if you like to make the arrangements for the delivery ahead of time.


Pickup at the freight carrier's terminal:

For those who have access to proper vehicle like pickup truck, Van or SUV regarding to size and weight of ordered equipment, there is chance to save on shipping cost by pickup the order at the freight carrier’s terminal. Ask Tradeia if you are looking to have more information about shipping company or closest freight carrier's terminal in your area by providing the postal code or zip code.


Shipping insurance:

Insurance is option for shipping and is not included to the shipping quote. To purchase of shipping insurance, add 3% of order amount + applicable tax to shipping quote.

Although Tradeia doing the best to pack all orders on good condition. Once an order leaves the shipping dock it officially becomes the property of the consignee with all obligations attached. For orders with out insurance coverage and in no event Tradeia shall be responsible for damage incurred once the order leaves the facility.

For orders with provided insurance coverage by Tradeia and in the case of severe damage noted at delivery, Tradeia will, at its sole discretion, file a claim with the carrier for the value of the damage or replace the damaged item. All determinations of repair value by Tradeia shall be final unless additional information is supplied that was not previously submitted by the consignee.


Shipping time frame:

The stock items will be shipped within 3 and 4 business days after order and payment. None stock items will require more time to arrive to warehouse. Approximate shipping will be within 7 and 10 business days after order and payment.

For convenience Tradeia will provide with estimate shipping time once ready to place the order.


Shipping Notice:

Tradeia will email once the order ships and provide full detail information includes the tracking number carrier name and phone number.  Also Tradeia provide with pickup address for those who asked for pickup at the freight carrier's terminal.



To protect yourself against the small risk of damage or shortage and if the insurance coverage was included to shipping service, you must complete all of the following at the time of receipt: 

  • Count all equipment items against the enclosed packing list to ensure all items are present. 

  • Remove equipment shipping containers and carefully inspect for concealed damage.

  • Compare the equipment models numbers against those on your packing list to ensure the proper items were delivered. Mistakes are extremely rare but need to be promptly reported so we can immediately replace improper items. 

  • Sign and retain a copy of the delivery receipt.

Consignee must carefully inspect the equipment at the time of delivery with the driver present, as the carriers will not accept damage or shortage claims without a notation on the delivery receipt that damage or a shortage exists.

In the event that receive the order with evident damage, immediately inspect it to determine if it is cosmetic or severe enough to affect the system performance. If the damage is only cosmetic in nature, you may accept the delivery and we will provide you with an estimate to repair the damage. In the event that the damage is severe, simply refuse the damaged portion and we will immediately ship a replacement at no charge to you. Claims for damage must be submitted in writing to Tradeia within 10 calendar days from the date of delivery to be considered for reimbursement. Claims initiated after 10 days will not be considered or assisted by Tradeia.


Please remember that when the order arrives it is your responsibility to ensure that the product has not been damaged during shipping. Please inspect the box for external damage, remove the packaging and inspect the contents for any physical damage in the presence of the delivery driver. If there is any damage, visible or not, you must indicate such on the delivery receipt. When you sign the delivery ticket and do not note any damage, the merchandise becomes your property.




You are more than welcome to visit and pickup the order at Tradeia’s GTA warehouse. There is no any packing, handling and processing fee for pickup at GTA warehouse.

Please note that the operation time of GTA warehouse for pickup is within 9 AM and 5 PM Monday to Friday with arrangement and appointment.

The stock items will be ready to pickup immediately after order and payment. None stock items will require more time to arrive to warehouse. Approximate pickup will be within 7 and 10 business days after order and payment.

For convenience Tradeia will provide with estimate pickup time for none stock items once ready to place the order.
